* The price shown is a "from" asking price, never a firm price.

€260,000 excl. VAT is the minimum total price of a home at Résidence Colette (house 1), cellar and parking included. The cellar and parking are compulsory: they cannot be bought separately or taken off the price.

Prices exclude VAT. They do not include purchase and notary fees, utility connection costs (water, gas, electricity, telecoms) or the share of the division deed costs.

6% VAT: only for buyers who meet the legal conditions (in particular their own and only home, registered residence and a maximum living area). Otherwise VAT is 21%. We are happy to explain whether you qualify.

Prices and availability may change until the preliminary sale agreement is signed. Every offer is subject to Full Circle's written approval.
